What you warrant when you post

When you add a project, a still, a poster, or a video link, you confirm that you have the right to share it: you made it, you hold the rights, or the rights holder allowed you to post it. Commercial and client work often belongs to the client, so check before uploading their stills.

When you credit someone, you confirm that they worked on the project in the role you gave. The person credited can confirm, decline, or report the credit. Credits and endorsements stay on the record with their state; nothing is quietly erased.

Takedown requests

If something on EndCredits uses your work without permission, credits you wrongly, or shows a page that claims to be you, write to d.d02031pw@gmail.com with the link and a short description. We remove or hide the material while we look into it and reply to every request.

Every person page also has a “This is not me” action, which reaches us the same way.

What EndCredits does with your material

EndCredits shows your work on your project and person pages and in link previews. It does not host video: films are embedded from Vimeo or YouTube and stay under their terms. Stills and posters are stored privately and served only through the pages you publish. You can make a project unlisted or private at any time, and you can remove media you uploaded.

We keep an activity log of actions on the site (who added, confirmed, or removed what) so disputes can be settled from the record.

We count views of project and person pages so their owners can see how often they are opened and where readers come from. A visitor who is not signed in is counted once a day through a hash that cannot be turned back into an address, and nothing is stored in your browser for it. A signed-in viewer is shown to a page's owner by name only when both people have turned on Who viewed me on their profile. View counts are never public, and view records are deleted after a year.

Accounts

You sign in with an email link or with a Google, Apple, or Microsoft account. We store the address those give us so collaborators can reach you and so credits can find you. We do not sell or share it.
